Dramatic elevation changes with seemingly endless views of San Saba County. Abundance of wildlife; Whitetail deer, turkey, and dove as well as many other animals native to the Hill Country. Live Oak and Post Oak trees scattered throughout a mix of cedar/mesquite. Multiple ponds stocked with bass, each strategically located to capture run-off during wet seasons of the year & wet weather creek. A community water tap is available for domestic use.
